On behalf of residents in the Senior Apartment facing Elim Lane in Isanti, it would be appreciated if drivers using this roadway would drive slowly. This dry season is especially hard to endure the dust that flies in the air, into our open windows if we face that roadway, and when we would like to enjoy the season by sitting on our patio.
It is always dusty during the summer but the dry spell is especially bad. We’ve requested numerous times to have this area black topped or some type of material to alleviate this problem for the Seniors that live here. We are told it is not a street. However it has a street sign indicating it’s name and it is a roadway often used to go directly North to Co. Rd. 5 or south to Isanti Main Street. Please citizens, think about us seniors and ease the pedal as you travel this roadway. Thanks.
