The Rogers gymnastics team slipped a bit from its section performance and tied for 6th at state team competition. But there's another day to go, with individual competition where Elk and Royal gymnasts are among top contenders.
Basketball: Thunder boys lose to STMA
Zimmerman lost to St. Michael-Albertville 69-61 and finished 6-10 in the Mississippi 8.
Basketball: Rebels trip Elks, wrap NWSC title
Hot-shooting Champlin Pakr won 84-58 over the Elks and clinched the conference title.

The Rogers Royals won 84-52 over Becker and wrapped up a second-place finish in the conference.

Area wrestlers advance to state meet March 3-6
Little Falls sophomore Dillon Kifer (37-4) won the Section 6AA title at 130 pounds Saturday. Kifer was the only Flyer to advance to the State Class AA Tournament March 3-6 at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul.
He will face Cody Schunk (30-3) of Wabasso/Red Rock Central in the first round of the state tournament.
