The family of Gertrude Schultz invites all friends and relatives to join them in celebrating her 90th birthday Sunday, Oct. 8, from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Community Covenant Church in Upsala.

The City of Little Falls will retain ownership of the golf course through 2007. The clause was part of the new recommendation given by the golf course task force and accepted by the city council at its Monday evening meeting.

As expected, the Little Falls City Council approved the resolution which permits the city to advance encumber $1.7 million in state aid street funds for various projects. The advance covers four years and offers 0 percent interest. Continue reading →
