Interfaith Hospitality Network hoping to open its doors in fall

The Interfaith Hospitality Network (IHN) in Morrison County continues its work as Program Director Greg Spofford is projecting Sept. 1, 2004 as the official date to get the program off the ground.

IHN is a nationwide program that enlists faith communities to serve the needs of families by providing food, shelter and encouragement, while simultaneously offering help to find housing and employment. President George W. Bush recognized the program with the highest volunteer honor bestowed in the United States — the Volunteer Action Award.
